Tony Graffanino

Primarily a utility infielder, Tony is a contact hitter with good speed on the bases. He has played every infield position plus left field for the Braves, Rays, White Sox, Royals, Red Sox and Brewers. He joined the Indians for the 2009 season. Tony has been very active in the community during his career, leading baseball clinics for boys and girls and promoting the need for organ donors. Usually a dependable fielder, Graffanino holds the dubious distinction of making the first error in the history of the new Yankee Stadium.
